What’s interesting about these sprouts is that they contain 100 times more sulforaphane than fully-grown broccoli. Studies show that when you eat more sulforaphane, your liver produces more enzymes that break down toxins and chemicals in your body that could have caused cancer in the long term. You can also use cauliflower, radish, arugula, or wheatgrass seeds.
